This remote has been the answer to all of my remote control issues. All of my remotes in one single remote, with all of the controls of my factory remotes. When you want to add a new device, the software will walk you through setting it up. The activities button is especially handy. If you feel like watching TV, just press the "watch tv" soft button, and the remote will turn on all related devices, audio receiver/surround sound, satellite box and tv, all at once. One button, three devices, all the correct A/V settings. Sweet. :)
It is also rechargeable. No more hunting for batteries when the remote stops working. Just put it in the cradle when the battery indicator looks low. It usually lasts me over a week on a single charge.
