Logitech promotes that it is very easy to set up this remote; however this is not exactly true. I consider myself somewhat saavy in dealing with electronic equipment and I found myself frustrated several times during initial set up. I found Tech support lacking in people qualified in dealing with my problems. It was discouraging dealing with "Techs"who read from the manual I just read. After solving the problems I encountered myself I found the remote to be a joy to use. It is well thought out for people with multiple home theater devices and do not want to scramble with five or six remotes. It does exactly was is is set up to do. There are other more expensive remotes on the market but Logitech, I believe, has the inside track on Home Theater Remotes for the price! Good Job!!!
